Job summary

IFF, a mission-driven lender and real estate consultant, seeks a Senior Real Estate Project Manager for the Real Estate Solutions team in Kansas City, MO. The role leads client-driven facility projects, coordinating due diligence, budgeting, and coordination with architects and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; additional years may be considered.
• Five years of experience in applicable fields.
• Regular travel throughout the Midwest.
• Strong project management and client advisory experience.
• Knowledge of nonprofit real estate and CDFI financing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and executes real estate consulting or development projects as project lead.
• Coordinate all aspects of project management and client advisory.
• Develops and analyzes client facility space needs, budgets, financing scenarios, and occupancy cost projections.
• Coordinates site visits with team members performing facility assessments and evaluations.
• Collaborates with owner’s representative on due diligence, hiring architects and contractors, securing estimates, and budgets.
• Prepares and delivers written reports, presentations, and analyses for clients.
• Monitors project status, schedule, and budget; guides solutions as needed.
• As project lead, collaborates with team, manages deadlines, and tracks budget and schedule.
• Keeps client and IFF team informed through updates and meetings.
• Solicits bids and advises clients on bids and terms.
