Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in gender-based violence prevention or survivor advocacy.
• Experience working with victims of domestic violence and child abuse preferred.
• Must have and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license and appropriate insurance coverage; Must maintain appropriate driving record.
• Must be available for extended and non-traditional work hours; Will require evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of agency marketing and promotion to increase awareness, access, and community engagement.
• Coordinate training in the community and within the agency to ensure high-quality, diverse trainings aligned with the agency’s mission.
• Manage social media accounts, communications programs, newsletters, and media relations.
• Build awareness and engagement through community outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Track metrics and performance of communications and outreach initiatives.
