Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; BA preferred in related field.
- 1 year of work experience in mental health or substance use field.
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and provide services for homeless individuals with psychiatric disability.
- Coordinate services, arrange appointments and assist with benefits, food, shelter.
- Provide client-centered, trauma-informed counseling and skill-building.
- Assist with crisis risk assessment and safety planning.
- Linkage with agencies and attend relevant meetings as directed.
