Job summary

Compass Intervention Center is seeking a Full-time Outpatient Therapist to provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to clients in a supportive setting within Universal Health Services' network.

The Therapist will conduct psychosocial assessments, offer individual, group and family therapy, and participate in treatment planning, discharge planning, and crisis intervention, collaborating with referral sources as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field required.
• Prior experience with psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Social Work or Professional Counselor License; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical social work services in line with Compass Intervention Center's philosophy and objectives.
• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide individual, group and family therapy.
• Participate in treatment team planning, discharge planning, and case management services.
• Conduct crisis intervention and liaison with referral sources and other departments.
