Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Must hold Indiana credentials: LSW, LCSW, LMHCA, LMHC, LMTF.
• Must maintain a license/credential in good standing.
• Previous behavioral health/outpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and identify client strengths, needs, and treatment goals.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate.
• Provide treatment for substance use disorders, mental health conditions, and co-occurring disorders.
• Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic interventions.
• Facilitate therapeutic groups and psychoeducational programming.

Ethan’s Crossing is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Outpatient Therapist to join our behavioral health team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The therapist will provide evidence-based, person-centered clinical services to individuals experiencing substance use disorders, mental health concerns, and co-occurring conditions.

The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals achieve lasting recovery and is comfortable working with clients across varying stages of treatment and recovery.
