Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Current license to practice physical therapy in New York or eligibility to obtain it.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies (manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, modalities).
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries per policy.
