Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
• Current New Jersey license as one of: LCSW, LSW, or LPC.
• Able to provide compassionate, ethical, patient-centered care.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative treatment team.
• Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services preferred.
• Experience with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, or related conditions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy based on patient needs.
• Deliver evidence-based and patient-centered therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate patient progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other members of the treatment team.
• Coordinate care with outside providers, families, and community resources.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and patient confidentiality.
• Follow organizational policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and professional development.
