Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible and licensed in New Jersey at start.
• Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• LCSW, LSW, LCMHC, LPC, LCPC, Psy.D license required.
• Strong case conceptualization skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients.
• Experience with evaluation and evidence-based psychotherapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy, behavior therapy, or counseling to individuals and families.
• Provide intake and diagnostic assessments for new clients.
• Develop treatment plans per regulations and agency policy.
• Provide individual, couples and family counseling.
• Collaborate with collateral contacts and other providers.
• Complete documentation as required.
