Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is hiring an Occupational Therapist - FT to join our growing team in a skilled nursing facility and long-term care setting. Must be licensed and ready to deliver evidence-based therapy, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice
• NBCOT certification as OTR (where required by state)
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments
• Create and implement personalized care plans
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date
