Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proficient in developing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients for rehabilitation services within 24 to 48 hours of physician’s orders.
• Develop effective treatment plans.
• Supervise the Occupational Therapy Assistant in service delivery.
• Participate in patient Plan of Care Meetings.
• Record treatment notes and complete daily billing.
