Qualifications
Must be licensed and/or registered as an Occupational Therapist in Michigan.
Recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR (if state mandated).
Current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the relevant state.
Responsibilities
Provide a comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation based on MD orders.
Document findings on the standardized evaluation form promptly and accurately.
Develop a comprehensive treatment plan including long and short‑term goals.
Ensure MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
Provide comprehensive treatment using modalities and modify treatment as indicated.
