Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy preferred; experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the level of impairment and functional limitations of clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Provide hands‑on therapy to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and range of motion.
• Teach clients new methods and techniques to compensate for limitations and achieve maximum independence.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other KDcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in occupational therapy techniques.

Education

Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
