Qualifications
Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Michigan.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy preferred; experience working with children preferred.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations to determine the level of impairment and functional limitations of clients.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.
Provide hands‑on therapy to improve strength, mobility, coordination, and range of motion.
Teach clients new methods and techniques to compensate for limitations and achieve maximum independence.
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other KDcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.
Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in occupational therapy techniques.

Strong knowledge of relevant therapy techniques and equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Education
Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university
