Job summary

Renewal Rehab, part of the Enhance Therapies family, is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for a full-time position in Illinois. You will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting, develop personalized care plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR if required by the state.
• Current state OT licensure.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
