Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan under supervision of the Licensed Occupational Therapist.
• Communicate patient progress and problems with the Occupational Therapist, patient, and family.
• Participate in patient Plan of Care Meetings and Interdisciplinary Team Meetings.
• Record treatment and progress notes, provide input for discharge summaries.
• Instruct patient’s families in maintenance programs.
• Participate in discharge planning.
• Achieve the minimum productivity standard established by CRI.
