Job summary

Qualifications
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- License to practice Optometry in the practicing state required.
- National Provider Identification (NPI) required.
- TPA License required.
- Prior clinical optometry experience in a retail, educational, or medical office setting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide general and medical optometry in a traditional office setting.
- Evaluate patients' vision and health care needs and document findings.
- Consult with patients about current status and future requirements for vision care.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure personalized, high-quality patient experiences.
