Ulta Beauty in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Network Fulfillment Data Scientist to transform data into actionable insights for omnichannel fulfillment. You will build models, run what-if analyses, andpartner with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing, costs, and guest satisfaction.

You will work with SQL, Python, Power BI and Tableau to develop scalable network models, dashboards, and predictive insights, while ensuring data integrity and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and eCommerce industries.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in analytical functions.
• Knowledge of OMS/DOM with focus on Order Management and Fulfillment optimization modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop order sourcing models to optimize speed to guest and cost.
• Analyze allocations and order flows to improve sourcing logic.
• Use predictive modeling to drive business benefits.
• Create and maintain dashboards and metrics for Network Fulfillment.
• Explain complex methods to business partners.
