Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified occupational therapy assistant candidates to join our team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapy assistant, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to support patients through individualized care plans and therapeutic activities.

You will assist with treatment programs, monitor patient progress, and communicate results to the supervising therapist and facility staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with all phases of Occupational Therapy treatment and techniques.
• Discuss treatment with patients and record patient conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each visit.
• Provide continuous communication with Occupational Therapist, Director or Rehab, and facility staff.
• Operate and apply knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's needs with supervision from Occupational Therapist.
• Ensure every patient receives quality treatment resulting in excellent functional outcomes.
