Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn and implement Minds Matter LLC principles.
• Assist individuals to identify needs and develop compensation strategies for brain injury.
• Contribute to evaluations and analyze medical data to determine therapy methods.
• Integrate goals into therapy and coordinate with case managers.
• Attend team meetings and assist in goal setting and progress tracking.
• Provide services per plan of care and physician orders; educate families.
• Maintain timely, legible documentation and protect client confidentiality per HIPAA.
