Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an Occupational Therapist/OT to help patients in their homes improve daily living activities and mobility. You will provide skilled therapy under physician orders and collaborate with family and the healthcare team to support ongoing recovery.

The role requires graduation from an approved OT program and state licensure. Prior Medicare home health experience is preferred, with a flexibility toward experience and approvals for varying caseloads and settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy and licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state where they practice.
• Medicare home health experience is preferred.
• Experience level: minimum of one year preferred depending on approvals.

Responsibilities

• Help patients who have debilitating conditions improve daily living skills and basic motor functions in the home.
• Administer skilled care and teach family and health-care team under physician orders and plan of care.
• Operate under the direction of the Branch Director and coordinate with the therapy services team.
