Job summary

PureHealth is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality OT services in a post-acute setting. You will perform patient evaluations, develop and implement care plans, and supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants as needed within Texas licensing guidelines.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, family education, and precise documentation. A valid OT license and an accredited degree are required; prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• Valid State OT license.
• Preferred one year of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct occupational therapy care and develop a care plan.
• Educate patients and families; supervise OT assistants as indicated.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries; ensure billing accuracy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes.
