Job summary

Spring View Nursing and Rehab seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered OT services and develop treatment plans in a collaborative, interdisciplinary setting in Kentucky. The role involves screening, evaluation, treatment planning, discharge planning, and supervision of assistants and rehab technicians.

The OT will ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, maintain documentation, and contribute to program development while upholding patient rights and safety

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid state Occupational Therapist license, where applicable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients, maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients.
• Develop initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge planning.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations governing occupational therapy practice.
• Maintain accurate documentation and billing in line with guidelines.
• Enhance OT programs and services to support quality outcomes.
