Neulife Rehabilitation of Kentucky in Bowling Green, KY seeks a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. The OT will evaluate clients, develop individual treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions to improve independence and daily living skills.

Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, progress monitoring, and documentation. Collaboration with physicians, nurses, caregivers, and families is essential to support coordinated care and positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• KY Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.
• ACOTE-accredited OT education program.
• NBCOT certification exam completed or eligible as approved by KY Board of Licensure.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations to assess function and needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and goals.
• Provide OT interventions to improve independence and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as clinically appropriate.
• Document evaluations, treatment notes, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and caregivers to coordinate care.
• Educate clients and families on techniques, safety, and independence strategies.
