Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an OT curriculum accredited by the AMA/ AOTA.
• Licensed as an occupational therapist in California.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB status.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates functional status and home safety to plan care.
• Develops and communicates treatment plans with physicians.
• Educates patients and families in activities and use of adaptive equipment.
• Maintains clinical records and coordinates with team for discharge planning.
