• Experience with budgeting, invoicing, and study sponsor interactions.
• Willingness to travel for professional activities and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Faculty support and development: create and maintain topics of interest for faculty; assist residents with IRB navigation and compliant presentations.
• Project coordination and compliance: track deadlines, liaise among stakeholders, document investigational product accountability, and prepare informed consent documents.
• Financial management and invoicing: coordinate sponsor invoicing and resolve billing issues; support pre- and post-award activities.
• Event coordination and communication: assist with Scholarly Activity Forum and Resident Thesis Day logistics.
• RFP identification and communication: identify relevant RFPs based on faculty interests and coordinate communication.
