Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening and enrollment of study participants.
• Obtain informed consent and maintain compliant source documentation.
• Enter data into study databases and ensure data quality.
• Conduct regulatory submissions and maintain regulatory binders.
• Coordinate study visits and liaise with investigators, staff, and sponsors.
• Assist with IRB submissions and ongoing approvals.
• Maintain certifications (BBP, HIPAA, IATA) as required.
• Support sponsor/ CRO communications and site visits.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen handling as needed.
