Qualifications

• Current, valid North Carolina NP license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Copy of PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required.
• Copy of current required certifications (e.g., BLS, TB test, immunizations).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and histories.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs.
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
• Document patient encounters in the EMR.
• Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies.
