Job summary

Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research is seeking an energetic intern in nonprofit/event production, marketing, project management or related field in Pensacola, FL. The role offers hands-on experience across development, logistics, and community relations, with a focus on supporting events and fundraising efforts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the silent auction and assist with guest lists, mailings, vendor communications and sponsor benefits.
• Plan and coordinate administrative tasks, manage volunteer assignments and post-registration communications.
• Engage with pop-up vendors, handle event materials and sponsor appreciation efforts.
• Coordinate on-site logistics, run-of-show, setup and teardown support.
• Capture real-time social media content during events and assist with post-event wrap-ups.
