Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS in nonprofit context.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Experience with audit software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple audit teams through planning, risk assessment, testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with client and audit team members on-site or remotely.
• Prepare and review working papers and ensure compliance with standards and firm policies.
• Draft and review reports, financial statements, footnotes, and board communications.
• Manage client service experience with clear communication on progress and deliverables.
• Mentor and train audit seniors and staff.
