Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Application Developer - II to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications using the Microsoft .NET Framework. You will collaborate with Business Analysts and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust solutions.

Responsibilities include implementing scalable .NET-based components, writing clean code, optimizing SQL Server databases, and participating in code reviews and deployment processes in Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with at least one web application framework (e.g., .NET).
• Solid MS SQL Server experience and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps).
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework using C#.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to review requirements and provide technical input.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate web applications using .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET).
• Write clean, scalable, documented code; conduct code reviews and use Git in Azure DevOps.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas (MS SQL Server).
• Support deployment, testing, and troubleshooting across environments.
• Identify system gaps and tooling needs to improve scalability and quality.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and system specifications.
• Participate in core meetings and team discussions.
• Mentor teammates to broaden technical skills.
• Review and process work requisitions per SOPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues to support stable operations.
