Job summary

San Bernardino County is seeking Software Developers II to design, develop, and implement applications across the full stack. You will collaborate in all phases of the lifecycle, create technical specs, develop test cases, and assess new technologies.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of production experience, strong .NET/C#/SQL Server skills, and familiarity with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, REST/JSON, plus DevOps and Scrum/Agile. Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE preferred.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of production experience with analysis and programming.
• Lead project experience for small to medium projects (6+ months).
• Hands-on with .Net/.Net Core, C#/ASP.NET, SQL Server.
• Experience with full-stack web development (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with DevOps and Scrum/Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute project plans.
• Create technical specifications and test cases.
• Adopt Agile methodologies and document architectures.
• Provide recommendations for improvement and write docs.
