Job summary
Millennium Medical Group is seeking qualified Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) for opportunities across multiple locations. The ideal candidates will have neonatal care experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality care to newborns, including premature and critically ill infants.
Opportunities include flexible scheduling with full-time and PRN roles, relocation assistance for eligible positions and referral bonuses.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with neonatal specialization.
- Current Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Active or eligible state licensure for the applicable work location.
- Neonatal clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Assess, evaluate, and manage the medical needs of newborns.
- Provide specialized care to premature and critically ill infants.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
- Monitor patient progress and document clinical findings.
- Collaborate with the neonatal care team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
- Communicate with families regarding treatment plans and patient progress.
