Grace Harbour Inc. is seeking a dedicated Multisystemic Therapist to deliver evidence-based services to youth and families in home, school, and community settings. You will assess and develop treatment plans to empower clients and strengthen family relationships within a supportive team.

The role emphasizes crisis intervention, family engagement, and coordination with schools and community partners, backed by ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree is required in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or a closely related field.
• Licenses: Qualified Professional licenses (LMSW, LAPC, LAMFT) or Full Licenses (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred for this role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy to youth and families in home, school, and community settings using a strengths-based approach.
• Engage family members in therapy and support their involvement in the treatment process.
• Collaborate with schools, community organizations, and other service providers for coordinated care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to families dealing with immediate issues or emergencies.
• Be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team case staffing.
