Job summary

Faith Works Counseling in Gallup, NM is hiring Community-Based Clinicians trained in Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to deliver home- and community-based care to youth and families. You will provide intensive family-based therapy using the MST model and collaborate with caregivers, schools, courts, and community supports.

Training is provided, with weekly supervision and MST booster development. Expect a manageable caseload (typically 4-6 families), flexible scheduling within a structured MST

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Licensure or license-eligible for clinical practice.
• MST training provided; experience not required.
