Job summary

Aptive is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join our on-site team serving Naval Hospital Bremerton and related bases in the Puget Sound area. You will evaluate patients, plan and implement treatment programs, coordinate with physicians, and document progress while complying with federal scheduling and credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

Master's degree in physical therapy or CAPTE-approved program.
Current license to practice physical therapy.
Experience as required to meet credentialing according to instructions.
Board certification: None
License active and unrestricted.

Responsibilities

Perform a full range of physical therapist services under scope granted by the MTF.
Plan and prepare written treatment programs based on patient evaluations.
Administer manual therapy and targeted exercises to improve function.
Educate patients on activities and use of assistive devices.
Coordinate treatment with physicians and other staff; discuss revisions as needed.
Document treatment progress in charts/records.
Promote prevention and wellness activities.
