• Develops and maintains a classroom environment conducive to learning within district resources.
• Prepares for classes assigned and shows written evidence of preparation on request.
• Encourages students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
• Employs instructional techniques and media suited to resources and student needs.
• Implements district philosophy and instructional goals in instruction.
• Protects students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
• Evaluates student progress on a regular basis.
• Maintains accurate records as required by law and policy.
• Upholds school rules, regulations, and Board policy.
• Being available to students and parents outside instructional days when required.
• Attends and participates in faculty meetings.
• Cooperates with staff to plan instructional goals and methods.
• Assists in selecting books, equipment, and instructional materials.
• Shares responsibility for co-curricular activities as assigned.
