Job summary

Brooke Charter Schools is seeking a dedicated Middle School Math Teacher to lead a classroom and foster strong relationships with students. You will participate in regular data meetings, complete administrative observations, and engage in extensive professional development throughout the school year.

The role runs 7:15 am–4:20 pm and offers a competitive salary range with an additional $3,300 stipend for teaching a high-need subject area. July 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years as a lead teacher.
• Commitment to anti-racist practices and diversity.
• Ability to start in July 2027.
• Strong classroom culture with high behavioral and academic expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a middle school mathematics classroom and set a tone for growth and learning.
• Build strong relationships with students to promote high achievement.
