Job summary

You will participate in regular data meetings, about 20 administrative observations, and nearly 300 hours of professional development during the year. Hours are 7:15 am - 4:20 pm, with salaries ranging from $74,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.

• Bachelor's degree.
• After at least 2 years as a lead teacher, you know the importance of building a joyful classroom culture where students are held to high behavioral and academic expectations.
• Commitment to fostering diversity by cultivating anti-racist practices and removing bias, empowering students with the resources they need to create choice filled lives.
• Great teaching closes the achievement gap with an unwavering belief in students’ capabilities.
