The coach will plan practices, lead games, run JV tryouts, and communicate weekly with parents, while modeling Biblical values and a strong work ethic in a supportive school community.

Qualifications

• Strong commitment to positive development of the soccer program at TCA.
• Ability to instill teamwork and community among athletes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with Junior Varsity athletes in soccer.
• Knowledge of the sport of soccer.
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
• Willing heart for service and alignment with TCA’s doctrinal values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and attend Middle School Boys Soccer practices during the regular season.
• Document and plan weekly Biblical character lessons.
• Attend all Middle School Boys Soccer games.
• Responsible for soccer tryouts for Middle School boys.
• Organize and run parent meetings.
• Communicate with parents on a weekly basis.
