• Follow behavior support and treatment plans, crisis-prevention strategies, and de‑escalation techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and assist with daily living skills and transportation.
• Document services, observations, health concerns, and activities using electronic systems.
• Monitor behavioral changes and communicate with supervisors during crises or safety situations.
• Support family contacts, assist with appointments, and follow medical and nutrition plans.
• Participate in team meetings and help train new staff while modeling professional behavior.
• Maintain home safety and comply with all protocols and support plans.
