Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, or related field required.
• Four years of relevant human services experience or equivalent combination.
• QAP CADC/CRADC/CRAADC or related credentials may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health services in community settings.
• Apply behavioral interventions to support treatment goals.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with supervisors to plan individualized care.
• Respond to crises with appropriate care and referrals.
• Support clients in achieving recovery and functional goals.
