Lifeline Medical Center, LLC seeks a licensed mental health professional to deliver high-quality clinical services in a collaborative setting. You will work with individuals, couples, and families across outpatient contexts, shaping treatment through compassionate, ethical care.

You will conduct assessments, develop plans, provide therapy, and maintain compliant documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A client-centered, trauma-informed approach is essential.

Formación

• Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT on hire.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Experience delivering outpatient mental health services.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently with a collaborative team.
• Familiar with clinical documentation, confidentiality, and applicable laws.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered, culturally responsive care.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy per licensure scope.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation per standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Coordinate care with providers, case managers, and support staff.
• Complete risk assessments and respond to safety concerns.
• Maintain ethical, professional, culturally responsive practice.
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development.
