Job summary

Lifeline Medical Center, LLC is seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide compassionate clinical services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive environment. You will assess, diagnose, and treat within licensure scope, while maintaining thorough, confidential documentation.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to plan ethical, effective care, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Active licensure as LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, as applicable to the position.
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
• Experience providing clinical mental health services in outpatient, community, or private practice settings.
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and intervention skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
• Familiarity with clinical documentation, confidentiality standards, and laws/regulations.
• Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy as needed and licensure allows.
• Maintain confidential clinical documentation per standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches.
• Coordinate care with other providers and staff.
• Complete risk assessments and address safety concerns.
• Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practice.
• Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development.
