The role includes providing quality clinical care with evidence-based practices, documenting carefully, and coordinating with clients, families, and community providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mental health field is required.
• Minimum one year experience in case management within mental health/court system; Peer preferred.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing required.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality clinical care through evidence-based practices with adults.
• Ensure client compliance with treatment through follow-ups at home and with community providers.
• Report client non-compliance to the court.
• Maintain professional demeanor and clear documentation under stress.
• Conduct assessments and commitment processes.
• Encourage WRAP (Wellness and Recovery Action Plan) participation for clients.
• Advocate for clients and provide referrals.
