Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Administrative experience in HR or recruiting preferred.
• Experience with CRM systems and documentation workflows.
• Healthcare experience is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from potential applicants and provide accurate info.
• Screen US volunteer applications for onboard and ashore roles.
• Enter applications in People & Culture systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate calls and interviews, and manage applicant communications.
• Collect documents and contact references to complete files.
• Track progress and provide updates to stakeholders.
