The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and preferred Texas certification, with flexibility to travel between two campuses. Expect a 40+ hour work week and active engagement in school culture and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year institution.
• Texas teaching certification preferred or ability to obtain within two years.
• Prior teaching experience preferred, especially in a K-12 setting.
• Strong knowledge of TEKS.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Effective classroom management and instructional strategies.
• Flexibility to travel between two campuses as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver data-driven instruction aligned to state standards.
• Utilize scripted math curriculum with daily lessons and assessments.
• Plan weekly lessons and track student progress.
• Communicate progress with students and families weekly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in weekly meetings.
• Dedicate 40+ hours per week at school.
