Job summary

I Care San Antonio is seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to strengthen our brand, expand reach, and engage supporters as we grow to serve communities through faith-based initiatives.

You will craft stories about program impact, develop marketing collateral, manage newsletters, email campaigns, social media, and website updates, and support fundraising efforts in collaboration with the Development Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in marketing, communications, nonprofit outreach, or related field.
• Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and proofreading skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan aligned with goals.
• Create compelling donor communications, newsletters, reports, and social content.
• Manage website content updates and email campaigns with segmentation.
• Support fundraising messaging, events, and donor engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to expand reach and impact.
