ConvenientMD is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our New England clinical team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, perform triage, take vitals, and assist providers during exams and testing in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

You will document patient histories in EMR, administer medications and immunizations, and support clinical operations across locations. A valid LPN license and BLS are required, with IV certification preferred in NH/ME.

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse with LPN license and IV experience.
• BLS certification required; MA/NH IV certification preferred.
• Experience in urgent care or primary care setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care and triage, document vitals and medical history.
• Assist with exams, procedures, and testing in a fast-paced clinic.
• Manage immunizations, medications, and basic wound care per policy.
• Maintain EMR records and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
