Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one year clinic experience.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment; CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions.
• Administer medications and provide nursing care as directed.
• Assist in procedures and documentation to support patient care.
