Wellpath is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Kentucky to support underserved populations in our facilities. You will work under RN supervision, contribute to nursing assessments, and help implement treatment plans with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and state licensure required.
• Prefer a minimum of one year of clinic experience.
• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients under RN supervision and contribute to treatment planning.
• Administer medications, including IV therapy if certified, per protocols.
• Collaborate during controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
• Assist in procedures and document nursing encounters using SOAP notes.
• Attend mandatory meetings and ongoing professional development.
