Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions under RN supervision.
• Implement treatment programs directed by Health Care Practitioners.
• Collaborate in controlled substance counts and respond to health emergencies.
• Assist in medical procedures and document encounters using SOAP charting.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings for continuous professional development.
